With having 25+ years' experience in home repair and having had a home maintenance business, it was decided to utilize and share that knowledge with home buyers in hopes that they could feel confident and secure with their investment and to have somebody on their side when approaching a large investment such as a home.  Being a home owner, I am well aware of the potential pitfalls when it comes to living in and maintaining a home.  It is my desire to share with you, some of the best practices when it comes to maintaining a healthy home.
